Sewing a simple skirt is a fantastic learning activity for teenagers. Pathfinders and Rangers will not only learn a lot sewing their own skirts, they will be super proud too! I would recommend this project for girls who already know how to sew a straight stitch on a sewing machine. Plan a fun sewing meeting over Zoom with your Pathfinders or Rangers, this project can be completed by newbies in about an hour and a half, but it’s probably better to split it into two meetings. No one should be rushed while learning a new skill!
