I love, love, love this Cloud Spotting Tool! This would be a really fun way to get Sparks or Brownies to learn different cloud patterns, and you could even use it with your Guide or Pathfinder Level kids when learning to Read the Weather! Better yet, have the Pathfinders or Rangers make these up for the younger branches, as they refresh their own memories!
